Penis Enlargement and Erectile Dysfunction

What is ED and how do you treat it?

Many men as they age lose the ability of a full erection. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to  attain or sustain an erection satisfactory for sexual intercourse. Most cases of ED are caused by  abnormalities of the blood vessels or nerves of the penis. To improve functionality, it’s all about  stem cell activation. Stimulation of the nerves and blood vessels improve sensitivity and  circulation. This is done with laser heat, shockwave mechanical shear stress, electromagnetic  energy, or the addition of stem cell activators such as a P-Shot.

How can you make a penis bigger?

If you want instant gratification, go with penis filler. There’s not much downtime and it’s relatively  safe. If you want both size and functional improvement, I recommend the P-Shot or PenisLase or  shockwave therapy – my patients see fuller erections and gains in length over time.

The P-shot is a highly effective method of injecting the penis with your body’s own Platelet Rich  Plasma (PRP) to increase blood flow, which ultimately strengthens the erection and enhances  appearance. The P-Shot can be combined with amniotic allograft, stem cells and exosomes for  increased viability. PRP is a source of growth factors for blood vessels and tissue, however, I prefer  using stem cells or exosomes, which have greater anti-inflammatory effects and more growth  factors. Following the P-shot patients leave with a pump that they will administer twice a day for 8  weeks. The pumping adds to the would-healing response that helps stretch the suspensory  ligaments of the penis allowing an increase in length along with girth enhancement for fuller  erections.

What is the benefit of penile fat injections?

Fat transfer to the penis is actually very straightforward – the injection technique is similar to how we  inject the penis with regular fillers, but we are harvesting your own fat with gentle liposuction and  processing the fat with PRP or exosomes to enhance viability. I like to take fat from the pubic  mound, which helps to expose more of the base of the penis to create more visible length. I call it  ‘pulling the turtle out of the shell.’ Fat is a very cost-effective filler, and since fat functions as a  natural implant, it lasts much longer than other fillers. The most significant benefit of using fat is the  improvement of functionality, as the wound healing activation of stem cells will target nerves and  blood vessels to improve sensitivity and circulation.

Are there any procedures or medications that can help with premature ejaculation?

Botox can actually be injected to the muscles surrounding the penis to help with premature  ejaculation. I’ve also seen Emsella therapy help with PE, which makes sense as Emsella targets the  pelvic muscles and improves neuromuscular control. Kisspeptin is a peptide therapy that can also  help with PE.

Is there a reason why you wouldn’t work on someone’s penis to make it bigger?

Social media and porn have created unrealistic expectations for bodies, faces, and genitalia. Sex is  great for your physical and mental health. However, I will refuse to treat a patient who has  unrealistic expectations. Beyond that, everyone has their own desired aesthetic, so I won’t judge a  man if he wants to have a huge penis.

What are the most memorable responses you’ve received after penis enlargement/enhancement?

My practice sees men every day. It’s been great to see all different ages and situations – both young  and older men concerned about function and size, although ED is more common in my older men.  We have men in their 70s’s who finally have the time to focus on themselves and their relationships,  and we can get them back to having sex three times a week. Aside from the usual wows, what’s  memorable are the stories I hear when my patients return to having sex multiple times a day, or even getting propositioned on SnapChat and video parties. My patients are definitely more  confident. I had one patient who was too short to penetrate his partner, and after a combination of  hormones, a P-shot, and fat transfer, he was finally able to have penetrative sex.
